On poshpad 10
is celebrated as Jain Parv due to janam kalayanak day of
tirthkar Lord Parshwa. On this day great festival is organized
in Shri Uwassaggaharam Parshwa Tirth. Thousand of mediators
do Attahm Tap (Three Days Fast). Devotees collect water of 108
rivers from all over India in pot and take it to the shore of
Shivnath River. |

With great pomp
water is been filled in Kalash which is called as ‘Snanan
Mahotsav’ then ‘Kalash Yatra ‘is started which is of 3 km.Over the
Tirth’s Meru Parvat thousand of devotees do Mahaabhishek of Lord
Parshwa. |

Janam Deeksha
kalian Parv is celebrated with great devotion by thousands of
devotees in Shri Uwassaggaharam Parshwa Tirth Paras Nagar
Nagpura Durg (C.G.). Due to blessings of Pujyas enthusasim and
devition is spread out, great worship is done of Attaham Tap.
In Janam Kalyanak Arti Thousands of Deepak gives divine
pleasure. As the sun rises thousands of devotees collect on
the western shore of Shivnath River to give collective regards
on Janamkalyanak day to Lord Parshwa. |

Devotional aspect
has been observed when thousands of devotees collect in
Uwassaggaharam Tirth, full environment if filled with joyful and
spiritual wherever we see everybody is charged and dances when
they do darshan of pious and divine idol, everybodys desire is only
to get darshan of Lord Parshwa. |

On this day
it is observed as historic festival of Tirth which is filled
with exotica and enthusiasm. It is difficult to hide the
anxiety as total environment is filled with devotion and
echoes of lord’s name.
Janam Abhishek is started from the voice of ‘Meru Shikar
Navrave Ho Surpati’.where ever it is seen people are
dancing,singing bhajans,watching lord,spreading akshth, |

eachother,full environment is spread out in spiritual manner. |

After Janam
Abhishek long queue is there of devotees who are waiting for

night to early morning on the day before of Dashmi, on the holy
shore of holy river Shivnath each way which comes to it is filled
with huge mob which shows the Faith and Spirituality of devotees
and can felt in whole environment. |

heart is filled with joy and pious feelings towards lord as
they come near for Darshan of Lord Parshwa’s idol. Everybody’s
desire is to pay tribute to Lord on this holy day. This
morning has become beautiful due to devotional faith and veetrag prayer. It will be better if I say light has given new
heights of hope and creativity and diversity has immerged
after a long journey of Defeat and Darkness”. |
